My name is Renee Clayton and I am a New Zealand qualified Nutritionist with over 18 years’ experience working in a variety of settings including clinical and private practice.

I am passionate about using food and nutrition to improve the health, lifestyle and performance of people in all stages and walks of life.

I have worked alongside clients with varied health and lifestyle challenges including diabetes, obesity, heart disease and autoimmune conditions. I work with clients wanting to look and feel better, achieve weight loss/gain as well as sports people wanting to improve their performance.

Through the use of tailored nutrition and lifestyle changes I can assist you in making real, sustainable change to achieve your health, lifestyle and performance goals.
